We are excited to share that our work “Adaptation of Prompt-enabled Segment-Anything-Model Enhance the Accuracy and Generalizability of Cine Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Segmentation” by Zhennong Chen, Sekeun Kim, Hui Ren and Xiang Li has been accepted for presentation at American Heart Association’s (AHA) annual Scientific Sessions 2024. The conference will be held in Chicago from November 16-18.

Our study adapts the Segment-Anything-Model (SAM) for cine CMR segmentation. You can find more technical details in our preprint: https://arxiv.org/abs/2403.10009. At the AHA conference, we will present our validation results demonstrating our model’s superior zero-shot generalization on multi-center, multi-vendor datasets.
